For: community groups, non-profits, youth programs, registered BCCA community members

Notes: Kitchen available as add-on; refundable damage deposit required
Premium Booking Plan
Ideal for Larger Events$110 / hour — 3 hour minimum
For: commercial workshops, paid classes, catered events, premium community events
Includes: kitchen access (coordinated), AV package, setup & cleanup, priority scheduling, complimentary refreshments (small)
Corporate Booking Plan
Tailored for Business Needs$150 / hour or $600 half-day (4 hours) — 4 hour minimum
For: corporate trainings, product demos, paid conferences, private events
Includes: dedicated event coordinator, full AV support, kitchen access, priority parking (where applicable)
