Standing Together. Cleaning Together. Rising Together.

✊ Why This Matters — A Message from Our Organizers
This year’s community clean-up is rooted in both celebration and resistance. We’ve recently received disturbing reports of police intimidation and harassment directed at local Black-owned businesses. This is unacceptable.
We want to be clear:
An attack on one Black business is an attack on all Black businesses.
An attack on Black space is an attack on Black community.
We will not be silent in the face of systemic anti-Black racism. We are here to reclaim space — physically and spiritually. Through action, joy, and solidarity, we’ll show the strength of collective care.
🪴 Why We Show Up
Because building a cleaner neighbourhood is about more than trash — it’s about truth.
Because planting flowers is also about planting hope.
Because reclaiming space means we claim our right to exist, to thrive, and to lead.
This is your invitation to show up. To stand with us. To clean, care, and connect.
