BC Community Alliance (BCCA) is dedicated to eradicating systemic racism and fostering equity for Black communities throughout British Columbia. As a Black-led organization, we focus on delivering impactful family services, youth programs, and advocacy efforts. Our initiatives are designed to create opportunities and provide educational resources that empower individuals and strengthen communities. Through strategic partnerships and community engagement, BCCA strives to create a more inclusive and just society for all.

Unassigned and Role-Based Positions

Within the BC Community Alliance, several critical roles remain unassigned, offering flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our initiatives. These roles are designed to support our core programs and platforms, ensuring seamless operations and impactful community engagement. The Venture Hub Coordinator (VHC) plays a pivotal role in facilitating the Supports for Student Learning Program (SSLP), Safe School Hub activities, and Community Venture Hub operations. Additionally, the Safe School Hub encompasses operational and support roles that include family services intake, crisis response, legal and mental health coordination, and data governance. These positions are integral to our mission of fostering a safe and supportive environment for all community members.

The unassigned roles at BC Community Alliance are crafted to provide strategic support across various initiatives. These positions are essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our programs, ensuring that we can swiftly respond to community needs and adapt to new challenges.
